WEB I am a usual customer of fresver since 2018 and today I had one of the worst facials with them. I booked an appointment for the Mud Moxi Womb and Ovary treatment, which is supposed to provide a unique wellness experience. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received.
Lack of Expertise and Unprofessional Conduct
The technician who performed the treatment seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. She did not properly explain the procedure or answer my questions. Throughout the session, she was rough and careless, causing me unnecessary pain and discomfort.
Minimal Results and Disappointing Experience
Despite the claims of exceptional results, I saw no improvement in my skin or overall well-being after the treatment. It was a complete waste of time and money. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this service to anyone.
